August 20 – Next ASSP Chapter Meeting at Picoso’s in Lubbock

You’re invited to our next ASSP South Plains Chapter luncheon meeting on August 20th at Noon, with lunch and networking at 11:30 a.m.  We will be meeting at a new location, Picoso’s Mexican Kitchen, 7611 Milwaukee Ave., in Lubbock.

Our guest speaker will be Melissa Kemp, NP with Concentra. Melissa will be talking about Stop The Bleed. Stop the Bleed is a national awareness campaign and call-to-action. Stop the Bleed is intended to cultivate grassroots efforts that encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.

The August meeting will also held at Picoso’s Mexican Kitchen to see if we like this new location. Please join us to help us make a decision on a new location for our monthly chapter meetings.

Come at 11:30 a.m. to have lunch with us. Lunch is on your own. There is no charge to attend any of our meetings.
